We have been taking our 3 and 1/2 year old very high energy black lab to Sharron since she was about 6 months old. The kennels are right behind Sharron's house and she works during the day grooming dogs in the kennel area. She has large fenced in runs for the dogs to play in. I always feel confident that Ellie is getting attention and is able to burn off all that lab energy! Sharron bought a kiddie pool for Ellie to play in and when we turn onto River road she starts going wild because she is so excited to play at Sharron's! We live in Traverse City and drive the hour to bring Ellie there! I would HIGHLY recommend Snip n Doodle!
We have a 1.5 year old Bullmastiff and a nine year old pug mix. Neither have been boarded before. We researched and visited several kennels and didn't feel confident with any until we found Snip & Doodle. The kennels are large and as private as you can find. There are large yards for the dogs to run around and they don't board 20+ dogs at a time like the others we saw. Sharon was awesome with our big dog (didn't know how he would behave!) and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!
