Awesome spot to view a sunset. Being the holiday it was a little crowded. We witnessed a young man catch a 32" Great Northern Pike off the pier, about 12lb. While there were many people fishing who did even get a nibble. Awesome photo opportunity. You can go wrong with this spot.

Absolutely gorgeous waterfront park here. Simply breathtaking... the kind of place time stops. Shelters on the south end jetty area, photo ops (huge propeller, interesting signage), sensational sunsets... Spent every night here of my stay. Peaceful, relaxing, friendly neighbors... Simply spectacular!
