I love WSRM. They are always polite and professional. They have never given me any problems and I recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
They tend to be hit and miss with how good they are. They're relatively easy to get a rental through however most of the properties they manage are very poorly taken care of and not up to code. That tends to be a problem from the owner however and not necessarily the companies fault. I would urge extreme caution if choosing to rent through them.
Worst Property Management company ever!! Don't believe anything anyone tells you that works for them! The will lie straight to your face and then you are stuck with them for a year. If you need anything fixed or installed forget them getting it done for you! Stay far away from CURTIS!! He is the biggest SCUMBAG out of all of them!
I highly recommend these guys. They are good, honest people, they worked with me and if I ever had a problem they handled it promptly. Curtis and Nikki, really the whole staff is very good people. Can't say enough about these guys. Would definitely do business with them again
Poorly handled customer service. Planned construction was ongoing in the neighborhood during our stay. No communication from West Shore, despite repeated promises to "work on the problem" and "get back to you." Felt completely taken advantage of by them. Would not recommend to friends or family.
