Our waitress Crystal was wonderful, we made sure she still received a tip. But we shall not ever visit the Manistee Pizza Hut again.
My daughter went up and told them that we were still waiting. And again still no dinners. Our wonderful waitress went in numerous times to see what was the problem.. Well it was getting late and we had a two hour drive ahead of us. We finely took them to go, and ate when we got home. Our waitress gave us our meals free of charge. And gave a discount to my daughter and her family... It wasn't a great experience at all.
Pizza and service were good, but only pepsi products are served.
I was here on Thursday October 19 with my family. We came in after my Grandson's football game.. I am from the Big Rapids area, so we traveled up to Manistee to see him play.. My daughter said we were all going to Pizza Hut afterwards for dinner. We got there, and we ordered. My daughter and family had 3 pizzas. My partner and I decided on the Spaghetti and meatballs.
Half way into my meal, I find a 4" long black human hair. Ughhh!!! What a disgusting end to an already very bad experience!!! I'm turned off from ever walking into ANY Pizza Hut. We're Domino's fans anyways. This is just a very bad deal and I would think that Corporate would keep a closer eye on their franchisees to make sure they uphold the company standard for sanitary conditions and expediting the orders in a timely fashion. Enough said.
Staff is very friendly and trying their best. Pizza and salads are great.
We were with family 10/19, Thursday evening @ 6:45 after our grandson's football game. Everyone ordered pizza except us, we ordered 2 spaghetti and meatball meals. The pizza came out, but our 2 dinners never arrived. It took at least a half hour to place our order, then it took forever for the pizza to come out. Our spaghetti never arrived. They ended up giving our spaghetti meals to us free, we chose "take out" since everyone else was done eating. We had a 2 hour drive home ahead of us. We got home, hungry. My meal had practically NO sauce on it and NEITHER of them had cheese as was requested!!!
Not a lunchtime spot any more. Management eliminated the discounted lunch menu and service has gotten really slow, even when not busy. Several customers had to visit the register to get help. Wait staff not only serving food but also preparing it.
The pizzas came out and our waitress Crystal came to say our Spaghetti would be right out, as well. Well, we waited for our spaghetti dinners for 45 minutes and they still hadn't come out!
Server was friendly, crowded, pizza came fairly quick. But it wasn't hot, just warm! Didn't get our pop refills til the end in to go cups! Wish I'd had the pop while eating. Server was working her butt off so I can understand forgetting our refills! Also kind of pricey!
