Very very very rude. The attendance and the managers wife. We had an issue with the dryers and they were extremely rude and said they won't do anything. I would rather drive 45 minutes to do my laundry then go to this place. Just terrible!!!!
Horrible! If there was an option for no stars..this calls for it! Employees were very rude. The dryers are set for 5 mins for 50c however the last 3 minutes are cool down.. only if you add another quarter after the first 50c then you get 15mins. This was not posted anywhere and the rude employee told me i had no common sense.. why would anyone talk to a paying customer in this way.. I told her I would never come here again! She told me I would be back and she would bet me on i.. what is wrong with this lady?? Save your money.. don't even think about coming here!
This laundromat has a terrible reputation for a reason. Expect to pay a good amount for your clothes to get ruined and the staff not to care. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time and I'm never coming back. Machines leak black oil all over clothes.
