Doctors and nurses are all rude. Refused to treat my severe migraine because of some bs paperwork that THEY lost. I went home after 2 hours of waiting with no help, in fact I felt worse when I left. No wonder why everyone I know calls this place "Death Shore" rather than "West Shore". I am beyond upset and angry with the "care" I received.
Friendly staff and nurses and doctors. Honestly 10+ better than ludington hospital. I recently had surgery and i was so impressed with how i was treated. And how fast my pain was managed. Caring staff who even called the day after surgery to see how i was doing!
