Never going there again, driving to cadillac to see real doctors that know what they are doing is so worth it. They misdiagnosed my kiddo, prescribed a medication that insurance doesn't even cover, not very concerned. It is a walk in so I suppose they are used to treating people like numbers, instead of individuals. How ever I will say the front staff was nice.
From start to finish, everyone i came into contact with displayed Professional, Kind and confidential service. Crystal Lake Clinics scatterd throughout Benzie, Manistee and Grand Traverse Counties would benefit their paitents by following these examples- I/E-- Pleasantness, Patient/Doctor confidentiality..to name a few.
Convenient, compassionate care. I've always received great service when I've needed care for myself or my children. The providers and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's much quicker and cheaper than the ER when I we need to be seen right away and we can't get into our primary care provider or it's after office hours.
Much more convenient than trying to see my regular doctor. While the waiting period was short, I liked the technology that is used in keeping patients up to date on wait time. Maybe that's normal in other places, but I liked the text messaging and signage letting you know how long of a wait you can expect. Doctors did fine and offered the correct diagnosis that was confirmed by my regular doctor. Nice, clean and fresh facilities.
Dr. Alan Fark was great to us. He got my son the medicine he needed and showed great concern for his total well being. They got us in and out very quickly. Went there two days in a row and both times they were prompt and polite. The PA-C Robert Fox was extremely rude. He asked what was going on, cut me off halfway through and treated my son and I as if we were a waste of his time when my son needed his oxygen levels checked and we couldn't get into his primary. Dr. Alan Fark was very good to us but if we were to have to see Robert Fox again, I wouldn't go there.
