Horrible service. Slow!! Slow!! Slow!! When I finally received my hamburger I asked why it took 12 minutes sitting at the drive up Window. Night management informed me she could serve me raw meat. W.T.F. Never to return!!

You can tell them over and over how you want somethin done but you never get what you ordered how you order it....
ALWAYS. TAKES. FOREVER. And you have to help staff pass on messages to the back if you have a special order, for instance, I like my hash browns well done I have to tell the cashier to pass the message along to the fry cook so they can put it back down and I don't have to wait for them to get to my order only to fill it and realize, 10 plus minutes later, that my hash brown needs to go back down and subsequently wait longer for my food. Not efficiently run at all. It actually ranks lower than the McDonald's on the West side of Cadillac and that's saying A LOT!
